As a member of our archery team, you represent Sarasota Archery Academy and the global archery community. We expect all members to uphold the following standards:

- Respect for All: Show immediate respect to judges, coaches, instructors, teammates, and spectators. Disrespectful behavior will not be tolerated.
- Positive Mindset: Build up your teammates and contribute to a constructive environment. Negative behavior toward others is unacceptable.
- Commitment to Integrity: Honor your commitments. Your “yes” means yes, and your “no” means no, fostering trust within our team.
