Sarasota Archery Academy, Inc. (“the Academy,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) is a 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization. We operate SarasotaArcheryAcademy.com as an informational and program enrollment resource for athletes, families, donors, and supporters. Documents submitted for program enrollment. Athletes and families who complete the enrollment process submit signed copies of the 2026 Team Agreement and Liability Waiver. These documents contain personal information including names, signatures, emergency contact details, and health or medical authorization information. These documents are handled directly by coaching staff and are not stored on this website.

Automatically collected information. Like most websites, this site may collect basic technical information when you visit — such as your browser type, approximate location, pages visited, and time on site. This is collected in aggregate through Google Analytics (via Google Site Kit) and is used to understand how visitors use the site so we can improve it. We do not use this data to identify individual visitors.

2. How We Use Your Information

We use the information you submit solely to respond to your inquiry or process your program interest. Specifically:

— To follow up on tryout and enrollment inquiries.

— To respond to questions submitted through the Contact form.

Sarasota Archery Academy serves youth athletes, and we take the privacy of minors seriously. All form submissions involving a minor athlete are expected to be completed by a parent or guardian, not the minor.

We do not publish the names, photographs, or identifying information of minor athletes on this website without consent. However, no method of electronic transmission or storage is 100% secure. We cannot guarantee absolute security but are committed to following best practices.
